Costruction: rubber tube, plies of synthetic cord, self-extinguishing rubber cover conforming ASTM C-542.

Hoses produced by this method are supported on a rigid metal mandrel and are handled horizontally during production.
The rigid mandrel ensures close tolerances on inside diameter, high pressure ratings and good length stability; moreover this offers good support to the tube while wrapping the textile reinforcement.
